Xin Guo is an expert in international humanitarian policy, refugee policy and peace-building. She is a special advisor for the International Organization of Migration. She has served as an advisor for the UN International Humanitarian Conference. She has expertise also in training on inter alia sustainable development, women and negotiations, reconciliation and sustainable development, the General Assembly, and drafting resolutions. Having completed all credits, she will be awarded a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Economic and Political Development at Columbia University in May 2016, carried out research with UN Peacebuilding Support Office on her graduation research focusing on the Role of National Dialogues in Peacebuilding in Post-Conflict Countries. Xin holds four years of training and capacity building experiences in Paris. She received her first Master in EDHEC France. She also received a Bachelor in Public Administration in Beijing, China.
