Tatiana López Ayala

Tatiana is an Economic and Social Geographer at University of Cologne (Germany). She holds a degree in Latin American Regional Studies. Her current research fields include labour struggles along transnational value chains and diversity management in transnational corporations. Besides, she is a trained specialist in intercultural communication and conflict management by the German labour union training institute DGB Bildungswerk and works as an independent anti-bias and diversity trainer. She has served as an adviser with the United Nations from September 2012 – April 2013, where she collaborated in the conceptualization and organization of capacity-building seminars for delegates from the Global South, including in seminars in the area of peacebuilding and conflict resolution.  Tatiana is fluent in  English, Portuguese and Spanish. German is her native language.
